What Are breathe Escapes?

 breathe is the combination of everything we do and believe in. We like to see it as the antidote to (what’s become) ‘modern living’ and it aims to reconnect, refresh and reinvigorate your body and mind through adventurous experiences in wild places.

 If you’re already an outdoorsy type then, chances are, you’ll inherently know some of the physical and mental health benefits that can be gained from having adventures outside. In a world of constant distractions and increasing detachment from nature you’ll likely be seeking more and more from these experiences. A breathe Escape takes this concept and moves it to the next level…
